Accumulation of Skywards Miles at One&Only Royal Mirage, Dubai
Skywards Miles are the reward currency of the Emirates Skywards Frequent Flyer Programme.
Skywards Miles can be earned by Members, staying at One&Only Royal Mirage, on accommodation, food and beverage and other eligible transactions as specified by Kerzner International.
An Emirates Skywards member must be staying in the hotel to earn Skywards Miles.

The number of Skywards Miles awarded is based upon the room type booked and paid for, even if a different room type is provided. Emirates Skywards Members who have not paid the eligible rate will not earn Miles on the room tariff.
Skywards Miles can be earned by the Member on additional rooms booked if (i) the Member is staying at One&Only Royal Mirage at the same time; and (ii) all rooms are reserved and registered in the Member's name; and (iii) the Member pays for all rooms. Benefits for Emirates Skywards Members are applicable to the guest room accommodating the Member only.
Members must present a valid Emirates Skywards Card at the time of check-in to earn Skywards Miles.
Skywards Miles will be credited to the Member's Account only after payment in full is made for the qualifying stay.
Receipts should be retained as proof of spend until Skywards Miles appear on the Member's statement. Receipts must be presented for a retroactive claim.
If the Member wishes to claim an adjustment to the number of Skywards Miles awarded or, a retroactive claim, the Member must do so within six months of the date of transaction, by sending written details to the Emirates Skywards office, with a copy of the bill, if available, for which the Member did not receive the correct number of Skywards Miles.
Emirates Skywards Members may not earn miles or points with any other frequent flyer or loyalty scheme for the same stay. Skywards Miles may not be combined with or transferred to any other loyalty scheme.
Should a Emirates Skywards Member avail of a benefit which is not included in their membership tier privileges, charges shall be applied to the guest bill for settlement.
One&Only Royal Mirage reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, along with the available benefits structure at any time, with no advance notice.

- When staying at One&Only Royal Mirage, Platinum Members will receive a complimentary room upgrade. Book a Superior Deluxe Room at The Palace and receive complimentary upgrade to Gold Club at The Palace. Book an Executive Suite at The Palace and receive complimentary upgrade to Gold Club Suite at The Palace.
- Late check-out is guaranteed for Gold and Platinum Members. The Member must state that they wish to avail of the late check–out benefit 24 hours in advance of the check–out date. This benefit is only applicable to the Emirates Skywards Member's room irrespective of the number of rooms booked.
- When booking two spa treatments at One&Only Royal Mirage, Gold and Platinum Members will receive 50% discount on the 2nd spa treatment. This is applicable on selected spa treatments at One&Only Royal Mirage.
- Members are required to present a valid Emirates Skywards membership card at point of purchase to receive benefits and/or discounts.
