Within the elegant entrance courtyard of the Residence & Spa lies the Health & Beauty Institute. Architecturally impressive and reminiscent of the region’s great buildings, its towering domes, carved arches and intricate design capture the values of the land and ensures each experience is totally distinctive and ceremonial. This freestanding temple of well-being is set amidst palm trees and water fountains with a private driveway.

The 2000m2 space is divided into two levels, with the One&Only Spa on the top floor, and an authentic Oriental Hammam and state-of-the-art Fitness Centre on the first floor.

In partnership with world-renowned experts ESPA International, the mission of One&Only Spa is to recognize each guest as an individual, offering holistic, tailored spa experiences ranging from pure relaxation or skincare solutions to extended spa journeys with tangible outcomes. Unwind, Balance and Uplift are the three pillars around which all spa treatments and wellness journeys are created.

The lower floor of the Health & Beauty Institute features a private reception and authentic Oriental Hammam. The traditional Hammam has long played a part in the cultural and social life of eastern cities as an ‘oasis of retreat’ from daily stresses. Note: in respect of local traditions the Spa and the Oriental Hammam have opted for separate ladies and gentlemen’s operating hours.
